Legal Notice and Disclaimer

Your use of the mapping and home owner information provided on this site constitutes your understanding and acceptance of the following conditions:

The proposed new FIRM maps are not in effect and are only in the stage of review at this time. What follows is a draft only and not meant for use in flood determination. They are available to you now in order that you may review them and be able to attend either of the public comment meetings being held by FEMA in our community on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at 7:00 P.M. or Wednesday, September 25, 2002 at 10:00 A.M. After these comment sessions we have 90 days to request any changes we see need to be made.

In reviewing these maps we have noted possibly the engineering of the designated flood areas may be linked to a set elevation and corresponding topographic lines. This may have lead to some areas being highlighted as being in the flood plain which are clearly not within the 100 year flood. These discrepancies will be corrected on the final draft of the FIRM.

The information provided on this site is for convenience only and is compiled from assessment sales, plats, tax maps, surveys, and other public records and data.
