I have posted a document which would normally be used in Pre-Bid discussions which should answer what we are looking for in our vendors during the evaluation process. One thing to note is that the currnet ACS contract does not require them to provide support services for everything we have asked for within the RFS. The City/County are wanting to bring the enterprise back together from the current segmented state in order to reduce and possibly eliminate duplicate spending on IT.
