The RFS does a good job of defining the Statement of Work, but gives no information concerning the number of FTE's performing each role today. As an example, within Desktop Services, the RFS provides quantity of desktops, number of users, number of locations, but provides no information as to the number of FTE's currently performing the services being provided today. Can the City/County provide the number of FTE's currently performing the work within each Service Environment?
